We attempt to display product descriptions, compatibility, condition, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice.
Products may be listed as new, open-box, used, or another disclosed condition. Condition-specific disclosures on the product page form part of the product description. Customers should review the complete listing before purchase.
Pricing and Corrections
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Taxes and shipping are calculated as shown at checkout. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate pricing, stock errors, or other listing mistakes. If a material correction affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Return authorization is required. Condition-based deductions may apply as clearly described in that policy.
Account Locks, Data, and Device Access
Customers are responsible for removing personal data, passwords, linked accounts, activation locks, and device bindings before returning a product. EZO Market is not responsible for customer data left on a returned device. Account-locked, altered, or serial-mismatched returns may be rejected or subject to a condition-based deduction under the Returns & Refund Policy.
Manufacturer Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty applies only when stated in the product listing and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, regional restrictions, registration rules, and eligibility decisions. EZO Market does not control a manufacturer’s warranty determination. Open-box or other condition categories may have different warranty eligibility, which will be described when known.

Third-party product and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZO KAYAN LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a product.
